La Bastide's rates represent excellent value year-round, and the mild climate means that off peak holidays are good alternatives for those who have flexibility in their holiday planning.

Rental of your 7 bedroom luxury villa includes use of the entire house and grounds, which can be booked for a maximum of 10 adults (aged 16+) and 5 children (under 16).

The self-contained Pigeonnier apartment is available as additional accommodation for 2 people, but is charged separately. (Note that this may not be suitable for the very young or infirm).

During off peak periods, the house is available for partial occupancy, with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 3 nights. Alternatively during off peak periods, the one bedroomed self-contained Pigeonnier apartment can be rented individually for minimum 3 night stays, depending on availability.

Pool heating may be at an additional charge during low season, and a Tourist Tax is payable to the local municipality.

Weekly rates for 2026

Linens and bath towels are changed weekly, pool towels are supplied. Bedroom and bathroom maid service is provided at least twice a week. Your property manager can also advise on arrangements for local restaurants, tourist attractions, and other services.
