General

Our property manager will take care of your arrival and departure formalities, general maintenance and your everyday queries.

Arrival and Departure

Normal arrival time is Saturday after 16:00 and normal departure time is by 10:00 on Saturday. Arrangements can be made to store bags for short periods of time.

Reservation and Payment

A deposit of 25% must be paid within 1 week of the initial reservation. This confirms your reservation, and the balance must be received at least 56 days prior to arrival.

If your reservation is within 56 days of the arrival date, payment must be made in full at the time of confirmation of availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/modification notice must be in writing, and receipt acknowledged in writing by the owner*. Cancellation periods are as follows:

105 days or more	50% of deposit minus admin. cost
56 to 105 days	75% of deposit minus admin. cost
31 to 55 days	50% of total cost
30 to 20 days	75% of total cost
0 to 19 days	100% of total cost

*every effort will be made to rent the property to another client and if successful, payment will be returned minus administration fee and any losses incurred. If we have to modify or withdraw a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control clients will be notified as soon as possible and full refunds paid. If special circumstances related to travel regulations are applicable these will be reasonably applied.

Refundable Damage deposit

The refundable security/damage deposit is €1000, irrespective of rental duration. This can be paid in advance or in cash upon arrival and will be refunded on departure or within 21 days subject to damage appraisal.

Tourist Tax

Please be aware that a tourist tax is levied on adults by the local Pays de Fayence, and we are obliged to collect and submit this on their behalf. The tax is calculated based on the number of adults x number of nights x variable tourist tax rate, and we will advise the amount at the time of booking.
